Come see Casino presented on stunning 35mm film on the big screen in L3!

The eighth collaboration between Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro, Casino certainly delivers. The film follows the tribulations of gambling expert and handicapper Sam “Ace” Rothstein (Robert De Niro) as he manages the Tangiers Casino for the Chicago Mafia. Against the backdrop of a slowly corporatising Las Vegas, Ace’s relationships, standing and resolve are all tested. “Adapted from a true story” and referring to Chicago as “back home” to avoid drawing the eye of the mob, the film offers a fascinating glimpse into a world we feel we shouldn’t be seeing. De Niro is characteristically outstanding, with Sharon Stone also delivering a performance more than worthy of her Oscar nomination, you really don’t want to miss this very special 35mm screening.
