Come see I Swear presented with stunning 4K laser projection on the big screen in L3!

"The problem is not Tourette's; the problem is that people don't know enough about Tourette's."

I Swear is a remarkable British film which follows Robert Aramayo as John Davidson, a young working-class boy who battles discrimination in a world unable to accept his condition. Inspired by the true story of Tourette’s activist John Davidson, I Swear is a powerful journey that captures the uphill battle of a system catered against disability.

Intertwined with humour, the film invites the audience to laugh with him rather than at him, creating a power stance as Tourette's is celebrated rather than demeaned. Though the film’s humour never takes away from its powerful emotional moments. The film is both a heartbreaking, thoughtful biopic that will leave you crying from both sadness and laughter.
