The Event Form
This form is designed to capture all the main details about the event – facts like venue, date, size, organisers – as well as to contain a comprehensive description of what the event entails and how it will be structured and run.
It should contain timings for each element of the event, or at least an order of activities.
Make sure that this contains everything important about how the event will be run – especially anything about the event that will have Society/Club money spent on it, as this will have to tie in with the other documentation (including the Financial Planner).
