| My name is Ellie King, and I’ve been elected to serve as the Postgraduate Officer of Warwick Students’ Union for the 2018-19 academic year, as part of a team of 7 full-time elected Student Officers who work on your behalf. |
| The SU is a not-for-profit organisation run by students, for students – all the money we make in our food outlets, bars and nightclubs is directly reinvested back into services for you! There are endless opportunities to get involved - whether you want to become a Course Rep or Part-Time Officer and represent your fellow students, vote in SU Elections or explore the many volunteering positions available, we’re here to help make it happen. Alternatively, if you want to just grab a bite to eat with us or socialise on campus, we’re here for that too! |
| Most importantly, the SU is here for YOU. We provide hundreds of student-run Societies and Sports Clubs to help you meet like-minded people, explore existing interests or try something new. Thousands of postgrads are a member of at least one club or society during their time here – make sure you check out the full range online, and come along to our Something For You Fair on 15th January to find out how the SU can help you make the most of student life. |
| Our Advice Centre team work throughout the year to help solve students’ problems and address concerns – whether that’s related to accommodation, personal wellbeing, visa issues or academic appeals. |
