Our MSc in Business Analytics is ideal for anyone with a strong background in stats, numeracy or IT, and is looking for a new way to use these skills.

You will learn to combine quantitative knowledge with new business skills, learn how to gain business insights from data, and build consultancy know-how. This one-year, hands-on course will give you real-world experience, and consolidate your new knowledge by working with a business client on a project and dissertation.

Learn from IBM and SAS

Two of the course modules, Analytics in Practice and Text Analytics, have been jointly developed with leading business analytics providers IBM and SAS to give you an in-depth practical insight into business analytics, and deliver a teaching and learning experience that reflects the latest developments in a rapidly changing field.

We also support you in obtaining your official SAS Programmer certifications, enhancing your employability prospects and enabling you to stand out from the crowd.

Where could MSc Business Analytics take you?

Our graduates gain strong quantitative consultancy skills, and often pursue careers in analytics and consulting related roles, from Technical Analyst to Management Consultant, in a wide variety of organisations including: CapGemini, Credit Suisse, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, BBC Radio 1 and Bloomberg.

WBS scholarships

All University of Warwick students who gain a place with WBS for September 2016 will receive a 25% WBS scholarship, with outstanding students receiving 50%. You will automatically be considered for a scholarship when you apply for the course.
