Two particularly important bits of business as we reach the last week of term: first up, RAWKUS will be running food collections again to make sure that your unused or unwanted items don’t go to waste. They’ve been doing an incredible job of supporting local homeless charities and food banks, so please do donate any spare items when you’re clearing out your cupboards so they can be given to a good cause.

We’re also currently collecting student feedback on what sort of facilities and services you’d like to see at a prospective 24-HOUR LIBRARY so that we can add these to our report and strengthen our case. See below for more information!

We hope you have a great Week 10 - for our part, we’ll be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in The Terrace Bar this Thursday, before things get well and truly messy at our end-of-term Foam Party on Friday. For those of you who are around during the Easter Vacation, we’ll be open as usual – stay tuned to the SU website for all the outlet and SUHQ opening hours coming soon!

Don’t let your unused food go to waste at the end of term – student action group Rawkus will be collecting unwanted items to redistribute to local charities this week.

What would you want or expect from a 24-Hour Library on campus? Please take a few moments to send us your thoughts so that we can continue to make the case to the University!
