Congratulations to everyone who contributed to or got involved in RAG Week – amazingly, the society smashed last year’s £2000 fundraising total after just three days! We now turn to Pride Week here at the SU – a week of events designed to celebrate gender and sexuality in all its forms while contemplating many of the issues still facing LGBTUA+ people in society today.

If you’re still studying next year and planning to live in the local area, you may have already begun to think about the issue of housing – however, even if you haven’t, please don’t panic! Our annual Housing Day will be running between 10am-4pm in the SU Atrium on Wednesday – here, you’ll be able to chat to members of the Student Advice Centre team, Warwick Accommodation, Sabbatical Officers, current students and other useful local organisations about all the different options available. The important thing is not to rush into a decision which you might end up regretting later – if you can’t make it along, however, there’s also plenty of useful information up on the SU Advice Centre’s webpages.

Have a great week – and don’t forget to try The Bread Oven’s famous Christmas Baguettes as they make a welcome return during the coming fortnight!

Follow Warwick Pride on Facebook for all the latest news and details of everything that’s going on during their annual week of celebration and discussions!

Worried about where you’re planning to live next year? Don’t be! Come along to the Atrium this Wednesday from 10am to explore your options both on and off-campus.

There are just a few more days to take part in the Campus Wayfinding Student Survey to have your say on how navigation to and around campus could be improved. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, with the chance of winning one of three pairs of cinema tickets for a film of your choice at Warwick Arts Centre

We’re pleased to announce that group applications for University-managed accommodation for students returning from a year abroad have been re-opened for the coming academic year – thanks to everyone who brought this to our attention so that we could lobby on your behalf!

All students are asked to participate in a global survey of student experience run by an independent research organisation. The survey takes just 10 minutes to complete, giving you the opportunity to have your say and be in with a chance of winning £1,000 or one of five £100 Amazon vouchers in a free prize draw! Deadline: 5th December.

Considering postgraduate study at the University? Come along to the PG Open Day this Wednesday to find out more about what’s on offer – click on the link above to register!

Thanks to all our Sports Teams who competed last Wednesday – the match results are now available to view online, together with a list of this week’s fixtures.

The deadline has been extended until 15th December if you want to nominate University or SU staff members for this year’s awards – click through for more details!

Fancy volunteering in Africa next summer? If so, come along to KOP’s final info meeting at 6pm on Thursday 27th November in Ramphal R1.13!

Develop implementable solutions to a given consumer issue - applications close 7th December.

Keep sending us your thoughts on the local bus services so that we can lobby for improvements where necessary – the more responses we get, the better our chances are of achieving change!

Coming Thursday Week 10 in the Sports Centre: a unique opportunity for you to try Netball in a way you've never seen or experienced before!

Perfect for halls and friendship groups alike, this week’s activity is Floorball, alongside the regular ‘rock-up-and-play’ Football programme - visit the Warwick Sport website to get involved this Tuesday evening! Alternatively…

Try Floorball in a more festive setting on Tuesday Week 10 – open to groups and individuals alike!

This week’s guest baguette is the Christmas Special: roast turkey in gravy with sage & onion stuffing and cranberry sauce for £3.45. For a vegetarian option, try our roast sweet potato with goats cheese and cranberry sauce – also £3.45!
