We’re getting into the festive spirit during the last week of term here at the SU – the big news is the return of our spectacular annual Christmas Ball this Thursday, which will see the entire building turned into a veritable Winter Wonderland. The perfect way to start looking ahead to the coming holidays, there’ll be an Ice Rink in the Atrium, Chocolate Fountains, real Reindeer out on the Piazza, Carol Singers, Santa, walkabout characters, live music, DJs and much more – plus, of course, the one thing the Met Office can’t guarantee: snow! See below for ticket and event information.
We also have Christmas offers, specials and menus running in all our food outlets this week for those of you who fancy getting well and truly fed before heading home for the holidays. As always, all the money you spend in our bars, restaurants, cafes or nightclub gets reinvested into SU services which directly benefit the student body, so you can feel doubly good about yourself in the process!
We’ll be sending out a short email next week featuring information for any of you who may still be around for the holidays but, if you’re heading home soon, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. See you back here safe and sound in 2015!
