With the World Cup now firmly underway, Week 9 is also home to two of our biggest events of the year: the 2014 Graduation Ball and Summer Party. We hope you’re looking forward to them as much as we are – physical tickets are now available to collect from SUHQ Reception. If you haven’t got your Summer Party ticket yet, don’t panic; Reception will also be open on the day itself for collections and sales!

Elsewhere, Warwick Student Arts Festival (WSAF) returns this weekend, bringing you the perfect opportunity to soak up the wealth of student performing talent here at the University – while Tocil Field will provide entertainment aplenty this Thursday as dozens of teams of students go head-to-head on our inflatable assault course at It’s a Knockout. Make sure you come along and catch what is guaranteed to be a veritable feast of summer fun!

Join us for our big Term 3 campus blowout this Sunday as we host a spectacular mini-festival featuring live music, a free fairground, inflatables and much more! Tickets are open to all year groups, and are still available via the SU website.

If you’re attending this week’s Grad Ball, don’t forget to pick up your physical ticket prior to boarding the coach! Buses begin to depart from Library Road at 5pm on Thursday.

Warwick Student Arts Festival is one of the biggest student-run events of its kind anywhere in the UK. Performances are spread over 4 days and incorporate everything from dance, drama and music to comedy, poetry slams and more - check out their website for the full programme!

University Strategy – student consultation

The University’s Senior Management team are holding a student consultation on their upcoming Strategy Refresh next Monday (23rd June) at 6pm in MR4/5 in the Students’ Union. Please take a few minutes to have your say - this is your opportunity to make your opinions of the University and its future heard!

Our full list of fixtures and screenings in the SU and out on the Piazza is now available to view online – we’ll continue to update this once we know the outcome of the group stages.

Registration has now closed – come along on Thursday and cheer on/laugh at your fellow students as they slip and slide over an inflatable assault course!

Catch Warwick Big Band’s Finale Concert in the Arts Centre Theatre this Saturday, spanning the genres of jazz, swing, latin, funk and soul. Tickets are available now via the Arts Centre box office!

Thanks to those who filled out our membership survey last term - click through for a summary of what came out of this year's survey, together with information about what we've been working on in response to your feedback.

New Bread Oven Services

We have a new ‘Grab-and-Go’ service being trialled in The Bread Oven, featuring a selection of pre-made baguettes changing daily. Alternatively, you can now phone ahead to pre-order your baguette to pick up!

Following the success of last year's calendar competition, the University is once again inviting you to submit photos to be included in their 2014/15 Diversity Calendar. Submission deadline: 31st July 2014.

A global survey of the student experience run by an independent research organisation - have your say and be in with a chance of winning a £1000 cash prize or one of five £100 Amazon vouchers! Completion deadline: 27th June 2014.
