the SU’s Help Us Help You survey over the last two weeks – we’ll keep you posted on
our responses over the coming months!
It’s Go Green Week on campus during Week 7 - People & Planet society’s
national week of action on climate change in schools, colleges and universities. Throughout the
week, students will be running a week of activities designed to raise awareness and demand
stronger action to tackle the global climate crisis. This year they’re calling on our
universities and politicians to dump the fossil fuel industry on Fossil Free Friday – visit peopleandplanet.org/gogreenweek for
further details!
In the meantime, brace yourself for the return of the Officer Elections in a week’s time,
and we hope to see you at the Varsity Ice Hockey match on Thursday to cheer on
Warwick’s skaters as they head into battle!

take a look and see who’s in the running!

There’s another chance to get
yourself checked out for sexually-transmitted infections this Tuesday in SUHQ from 11:30am – as
always, it’s free, confidential and there’s no need to make an appointment.

visiting the Social Sciences Café between 12-2pm on Tuesday – come and chat to us about getting
involved in the SU or any problems you might be having!

Next Wednesday is Mental Health
Awareness Day, and this year we’re focusing on the Mental Health ‘5 a day’: connecting, being
active, taking notice, learning and giving. Come visit us in the Atrium and Room 1 between
11am-3:30pm for more information!

Music Theatre Warwick are back
from Wednesday to Saturday this week with an electrifying and dynamic adaptation of Stephen
Sondheim’s modern classic, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Tickets are

Ernst & Young are running an
online competition for students to upload pictures of what they want to 'make better' - for
those entries selected, EY will be providing prizes and funds to improve these submissions.

A software incubator is being
launched at the University, aimed at anyone who has a software business idea that they want to
develop. As well as entrepreneurs with ideas, they are also looking for people who can write
code for fledgling companies!

A Final-Year French Studies
student is setting up the Stammerers To University Campaign, which aims to provide a series of
seminars in a non-judgemental, supportive environment for those affected by stammering. Head to

On Tuesday 25th February from
1-4pm, Careers & Skills are hosting the Working in Pakistan: Careers and Recruitment Fair in
conjunction with the British Council, Pakistan. A number of blue chip employers will be
visiting campus with graduate vacancies, looking to meet with Warwick students.
