Is it really week 9 already?! Term might be coming to a close but there's still loads going on!

For a start, tomorrow at 7pm in MS0.2 (Maths and Stats) there's the Union General Meeting which any student can attend and vote at. Questions we'll need you to vote on include whether we should have a free education stance, whether we should allow members of racist and fascist organisations to be able to have a public platform in the Union, whether Warwick SU should support the public sector strikes on 30 November, how we can improve postgraduate representation, and whether we should lobby for a minimum number of contact hours per week. It's the highest decision making body we have, and it's vital that you come along to have your voice heard!

On an unrelated note, Thursday is World AIDS Day. Come along to reception to buy a red ribbon. The money, as always, will go to HIV Aware. On a sad note, Matt Rogers has written this blog post about theft from the IKEA Space. Also, keep an eye out for information on Warwick's Chancellor, Sir Richard Lambert, doing a Q&A next week!

As always, if you have any questions, feel free to contact any of the Officers, also check out our blogs to see what we've been up to.
