After the doldrums that are weeks 5 and 6, week 7 is upon us and there's suddenly a huge amount happening!

This week is RAG week! An annual week of charity fundraising hosted by the RAG society. If it's new to you, expect a week of the unexpected, all in the name of charity. From lapdances by the RAG animals to 'special' deliveries in lectures, anything goes in RAG week! Place your orders at the RAG desk in the Atrium.

Into the latter half of term, we've had some great events already this year and have even more to come! Check out Global (with an Afro-Caribbean Twist) in the Terrace Bar this Thursday from 9pm, The Blanks (Ted's band from Scrubs!) are here on week 8 Friday, Asian music night Desi Beatz comes to Warwick for the first time at the end of week 9, and we have the famous Christmas Ball in week 10. Get your tickets for these events ASAP from warwicksu.com/events. One World Week also kick off their program of events on Thursday of week 8 with IGNIS – get excited!

Also this week is a potentially ground-breaking Institutional Teaching and Learning Review being run by the University, keeping Education officer Sean Ruston busy from Tuesday until Thursday. The purpose of the Review is to share best practice in teaching and learning between departments and will potentially transform your academic experience for years to come – feedback to come later in the term on the outcomes!
