Welcome back/Welcome!
For those of you just starting at Warwick I'd like to wish you a warm welcome to Warwick! I hope you had a great weekend or, if you attended Orienation, I hope you had a fantastic week! It was great getting to meet so many of you!
You are about to have the time of your life! This week is full of must-dos from Democracy Fair where you can find out how to help run the SU, through to all the events including Global, the POP! Pyjama Party, and of course Thank Freshers it's Friday, to name but a few. Remember that Warwick SU is more than just a club and a few bars, we are a representative organisation run by students, so make sure you get involved!
For those returning students - new building developments based on your feedback are either here, or are on their way. Keep an eye out especially in The Copper Rooms, and the Atrium… Also remember that all of the events in week 1 are for you as well as for first years!
For all postgraduate students, we really need to know your thoughts about your expectations and your experiences so far. Please fill out these surveys to help us help you - Social Experience and Finance. Also, there's a reception being held for all incoming postgraduates on Thursday at 5.30PM in the SU Atrium!
For everyone, make sure that you look out for the seven of us who run your Union. We'll be about a lot over the course of the year, and especially in the first week. Feel free to stop any of us to let us know how things are going, or to answer any questions you may have.

 Get involved in our Students’ Union Council (kind of like a student parliament) and have your voice heard! It meets only seven times a year to discuss issues that matter to students. It’s a great way to get involved and to have a real impact on what the Union is up to. It doesn’t matter what year you’re in or what you study!  |
