Varsity 2011 kicks off tonight in spectacular style – we’ll be selling tickets in the piazza all day from 12-6 and be sure to snap them up online. Coaches leave at 6:30pm from the Piazza.

Warwick Advantage Award applications are still open – take a look at what you might be eligible for and gain University recognition and reward for the time and effort that students put into societies, sports clubs, campaigns, committees, volunteering, events and everything else that isn't degree-related.

In association with Warwick Wolves, come and watch the biggest American sporting event of the year next Sunday in the Atrium as the Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Green Bay Packers live from Texas. There'll be hot dogs available from The Bread Oven, thirst-quenching tipples at The Terrace Bar and a charity raffle where you can win top prizes as we host a good old-fashioned Texan-style Superbowl Party! |

Tues 1st - OWW present: Masquerade – The Carnival After Party - CR2, 9pm-2am - An eclectic mix of Abrobeat, Dancehall, Bashment, Soca and RnB brings the Carnival to end in style!
Wed 2nd - POP! – Go Commando - CR1, 10pm-2am (circles from 7pm) - WAR! What is it good for? FASHION!
Thurs 3rd - OWW present: Mark Ronson (DJ Set) - CR1, 10pm-2am - One of THE biggest names in music and most celebrated DJs of the moment brings his brand of Funk and Hip-Hop to The Copper Rooms.
Thurs 3rd - Idioteque - Terrace Bar, 9pm-1am - For your weekly fix of the highest quality indie alternative sounds. Bought to you in association with OffBeat and Rise.
Fri 4th - Guava Banana Beach Party (in association with OWW) - CR, 10pm-2am - Spank has got together with OWW to put on one of the biggest events of the week. Swimwear advisable!
Fri 4th - Get Funked - Terrace Bar, 9pm-1am - An illogical progression through Hip-Hop, Funk, Soul and everything in between.
Sat 5th - OWW present: World Party - Full Union, 9pm-2am - The Grand Finale of One World Week as four areas of the Union are transformed to represent the Sun, Moon, Venus and Mars. Live performances in Room 1 with music from the worlds of Hip-Hop, RnB and House in other spaces – It’s going to be out of this world!
Sun 6th - La Juerga - Terrace Bar, 9pm-1am - Because mi casa es su casa! Our fortnightly celebration and Latin music and culture.
