The long wait has finally come to an end (well for tickets anyway)! The Warwick PPE Ball is one of the biggest events at Warwick Universities, returning to Warwick Castle's Banquet Hall once again for a night of fantastic food, music and memories.

The Ball will take place on the 18th February 2025, followed by afters to continue partying the night away.

Theme: Black Tie

Included in your ticket is the following:

• Transportation, both ways, from Campus/Leamington Spa to Warwick Castle and the Afters
• Welcome Drinks on entry to the Castle
• Complimentary Wine
• A 3-course meal in the Castle's famous Dining Room
• DJ and Dance Floor
• Professional Photographers with a photo area to capture your amazing outfits
• Access to the Ball afterparty (Location TBA)
• Access to an exciting raffle in aid of LWS Night Shelter 

The final stage release for tickets is Monday 25th November at 12pm! Our last release saw a sell out in 5 minutes. DO NOT DELAY!

Resale Policy:

Reselling will be permitted but must be requested first with the Events Secretary (Seb Rossiter) or Events Frep (Ryan Friis). There will be a time limit before menu choices can no longer be altered and resales will be no longer permitted. If we are not notified or requested, the resale will not be accepted.
