The annual gymnastics park visit is back!

We will once again be heading to Nile Wilson Gymnastics in Coventry. Best place to go to learn front flips and backflips as there will be trampolines, and you will be supervised by experienced coaches. Surfaces are usually soft and is safe for practicing handstands, freestyle, maltese etc. If you want to accelerate your progress in calisthenics, as well as learn some cool new tricks, this is the event to do it.
