We are very happy to announce that we are hosting Master Reza, member of the GB Poomsae Taekwondo Team and recent competitor at the World Championships in Hong Kong, for an afternoon of high-level training, expert insight, and focused improvement poomsae workshop.

There will be two separate sessions:

14:00–15:30 – Lower Grades Session
Open to everyone (ITF practitioners included) - this session is perfect for colour belts of any level to learn solid fundamentals or just get initiated to poomsae.

15:30–17:00 – Advanced / Black Belt & Competition-Focused Session
For black belts and those aiming to compete, with deeper technical work and performance-level poomsae. This session is clearly open to anyone, but it is not suitable for beginners as the fundamentals will be assumed.
