Events

Club meal will be taking place on Friday 7th March 2025 at the Chesford Grange Hotel near Leamington Spa. It will be starting around 5:30pm (exact time TBC) and finishing at approximately 11:30pm.

This is one of the most important evenings in the UWMFC calendar, with members having the chance to vote in the new Exec for the upcoming 2025/26 season. This directly impacts all members, so it is hugely important that you attend. There will also be a series of speeches and awards throughout the evening.

Tickets are £35 and include a 3-course meal. More information on food options will be made available via our group chat. There are vegetarian, vegan and halal options (If you do have any dietary requirements, there will be opportunities for you to communicate this prior to the event).

Please make sure you buy your ticket as soon as possible to enable us to confirm numbers with the hotel.

Dress code: suit with club tie and smart shoes (if no club tie, a normal one will do!).

Note that attendees are personally liable for the full expense of any damage inflicted upon the venue and its equipment.
