As part of Welcome Week, the 2022/23 Societies Fair will take place w/c Monday 26th September.

When will it take place?
It will be held over 2 days - Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th September.
The Fairs will be held from 10:00am until 5:00pm each day. Set up time is from 09:30am.
Each society will have one table on one of the days mentioned above.
Where will it take place?
It will be located at the Sports Hub.

What will each society be allocated?

There won't be any boards behind any of the stalls, however feel free to decorate your table!
What sort of setup is required by societies?
All the tables should be laid out by 09:30am. So, all you need to do it find your table/stall on the floor plans located above and make it ready for 10:00am!
How many Exec are allowed per stall?
There is no limit. However, be mindful of the space available, we would advise only a couple at a time.
