What is Floorball?
Floorball is a mixed, inclusive sport which is popular in Scandinavia and Europe. It can be described as an indoor version of ice hockey, with some extra rules thrown in, which will definitely get your heart racing.

About Us
Our first team competed in the UKFF Midlands League during 2018/19, with some incredible performances. In the future, however, we will be playing in a *brand new* national university league against roughly 8 other top university floorball teams, which will definitely be something to stick around for!
In the past, the Warwick team has also included players who are in the England team. But don’t let this put you off if you’ve never played before, because a huge proportion of us were beginners when we first joined! All you need to bring to your first session are some trainers and sportswear, and then you’re good to go.
We are an easy-going club off the pitch, with a huge focus on inclusivity. This means that whether you drink or are teetotal, enjoy clubbing or something more chilled, we will have an event for you. After every training session we also head to the Dirty Duck on campus to grab some food and recharge.
Of course, being a sports club, we take part in circling at the SU roughly three times a term. Circling is where members of the club all sit together in (funnily enough) a circle and play games, getting to know each other in a friendly environment alongside other clubs and societies at Warwick.
Alongside weekly socials, the floorball club organises a domestic and international tour each year. In the past we have visited York and Nottingham, and further afield destinations include Lisbon, Madrid and Budapest. These trips are an amazing opportunity to get to know the team better and play some great floorball in a new place.
