Warwick LEAD (Legal Empowerment for Asian Diversity) is an exciting new law society focussed on empowering the next generation of Asian lawyers. Our aim is to create open dialogue around the cultural and professional challenges faced by Asian graduates in the legal field. By doing this we can create a close-knit and supportive community which celebrates the diversity of cultures here at Warwick.

If you’re looking for a society with a nice balance between casual and professional support, Warwick LEAD is the place to be. Our aim is to be a kind of ‘home-away-from-home’ for both international and home students. We offer exciting cultural socials, casual and professional mentorship, along with careers/ academic focussed advice. Being a smaller society, our members are the centre of our focus. We want to provide meaningful opportunities for our members built on the personal experiences of our executive team and alumni network. Our unique focus on diversity and inclusion means that we value and prioritise building a supportive and inclusive community where all our members can feel equally valued.
