Societies

AIESEC is the world’s largest youth organisation focusing on developing the next generation of leaders through practical experiences in challenging environments.

AIESEC is a truly global brand with over 77 years of history, activating youth leadership since 1948. Along with the United Nations, we have been placing our confidence in youth as a key to unlocking a better future. AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to work or volunteer abroad in unfamiliar environments. This lets them step outside their comfort zone, expand their worldview, and contribute to the community where they work. Our exchange experiences are recognised globally in 100+ countries by world-leading employers who partner with us.

As members of this society, you will be working in teams to create and manage these cross-cultural experiences. This gives members the opportunity to have powerful team experiences and develop their leadership potential. We have a variety of opportunities offered for the whole AIESEC network:

• Seminars and webinars with our partners and alumni
• Regional, national and international conferences with attendees from the whole UK or even from all around the world
• Develop leadership skills, business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Tight-knit community with loads of fun
