This document will demonstrate that the event is affordable and is not likely to jeopardise the financial security of the Society/Club.
It will help show how ticket income will cover event costs, and the potential effects of having fewer attendees than anticipated.
Supporting documentation should accompany it where appropriate, such as quotes for venue hire, food costs, equipment, etc, as well as details of any possible or confirmed sponsorships that have been arranged to cover costs.
