How do I make a claim?
Clubs & Society Inventory & Insurance
Societies
Periodically, we have to provide insurers with details of society equipment, so we can make sure your activities are adequately insured.
If you have equipment that your Society owns, please complete this spreadsheet and send a copy to studentactivities@warwicksu.com.
We don't need to know about promotional materials such as banners or flags etc.
Please return the spreadsheet by Friday week 5.
Sports Clubs
The initial inventory list is included in your handover. If you buy any new equipment and want the list updated, please email your sports coordinator to let them know.
