A very warm welcome to the University of Warwick! |
Welcome Week provides a fantastic opportunity to get settled into campus life while checking out the incredible range of activities on offer right here at your Students’ Union! We want to make sure that each and every one of you feels at home here, and have been working closely with the University to create a jam-packed schedule covering every aspect of student life. |
Whatever you do, don’t miss the SPORTS FAIR and SOCIETIES FAIRS this week for your chance to meet members of our 250+ student-run societies and 65 sports clubs – whatever your interests, we guarantee there’ll be something for you. Who knows, it may even end up changing your life! The MAKE YOUR MARK! FAIR on Friday is also a great opportunity to find out more about you can get involved in campaigning, democracy and representing your fellow students at the SU. |
If you’ve visited the SUHQ building before, you may have noticed that we’re getting a bit of a makeover at the moment – apologies for the last few bits of building work still taking place, we’re hoping it should all be finished within the next week! We’ll have new furniture coming soon to hopefully make it a much more welcoming and comfortable space for students to use. |
In the meantime, this is the first of our weekly emails giving you a flavour of the latest news and events around campus – read on to find out more about what’s coming up this week. I look forward to meeting you throughout the year – if there’s anything that I or the other Student Officers can do to make your time at Warwick more enjoyable, feel free to get in touch! |
Have a great Welcome Week. |
