Welcome to Warwick – or welcome back if you’re returning for another year!
For postgraduates, life at university comes with its own unique set of challenges, but your SU is here to support you every step of the way. If things aren’t going so well or you require assistance with issues like housing, academic appeals or your own welfare, don’t forget to visit www.warwicksu.com/advice or make an appointment with the Advice Centre team in SUHQ. SU Welfare & Campaigns Officer CHLOE WYNNE has put together some useful information for postgrads, covering topics such as managing competing pressures and settling into study - visit https://www.warwicksu.com/campaigning/areyouready/postgraduates/ to find out more.
It’s also important to make sure you take time for yourself - come along to the Societies and Sports Fairs this week to find out more about the hundreds of student-run societies and sports clubs offered by the SU. It could end up changing your life as a student!
In the meantime, here’s a snapshot of what’s going on in the first week of Term 1…
