Welcome Website Sponsorship
The Welcome website is a key portal for all new students – both undergraduates and postgraduates – receiving approximately 50,000 page views across the Welcome period. With an image linked to your website, this opportunity guarantees exposure for your brand.
Emails
Around two weeks ahead of Welcome Week, we will send a welcome email to all new undergraduate and postgraduate students (a list of 7,000+ students), as well as an email to returning students (a list of 17,000+ students).
This is a great opportunity to tell students about your brand, with up to 40 words, an image and link to your website.
Social Media
Our social media platforms are a great way to reach new and existing students. We have over 45,000 followers across three social media platforms:
- Facebook followers - 25,000
- Twitter followers - 13,000
- Instagram followers - 7,000
The Boar Newspaper: Welcome Edition
The Boar is the University of Warwick's award-winning student newspaper. Each year, they print a bumper Freshers' edition of 2,000 copies, distributed to both new and returning students.
The Boar also has a thriving online presence with multiple articles going up each day. They receive an average of 1,500 views per day, and 100,000 per month on their website, theboar.org. 2023 marks the 50th anniversary of the newspaper, so all eyes will be on The Boar this academic year as they celebrate this remarkable achievement.
- Booking deadline: Friday 9th September
- Artwork deadline (please contact for dimensions): Friday 16th September
- Publication date: Monday 26th September
Digital Screens
We have 6 digital boards situated in high footfall areas of the Students’ Union. They display a continuous loop of advertisers’ content – a great way of getting your message in front of students.
