3 single rooms are available for next year, all of which are a good size. The rooms contain a sink and come supplied with a large desk, a chair, two large shelves, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The house is a large 7 bedroom bungalow with a spacious kitchen, a large lounge/dining room and a separate utility room. There is also a small garden and space for cars. It is situated roughly 30 minutes walk from campus with easy access to Coventry city centre, Leamington and the university.

Three of the current residents will be stopping in the house next year (one female, 2 males).
